Summary

This study tested a phone-based program called Caregiver SOS for employed people caring for veterans with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, or brain injury. The goal was to reduce caregiver distress and improve work performance. About 199 caregivers participated, and the program provided counseling to help balance work and caregiving.
