Summary
This study looked at whether a mobile health program combining education and relaxation techniques could help reduce the burden, anxiety, and depression felt by female informal caregivers of cancer patients in Bangladesh. 102 caregivers took part, with one group receiving the special program and the other getting usual care. The goal was to improve their quality of life and emotional well-being.
