New program aims to heal the healers from workplace trauma

Summary
This study is testing a group program called CARE-MI, designed to help healthcare and support staff who are struggling with stress, trauma, or moral injury from their jobs. It will involve about 92 participants who will be randomly assigned to either try the program immediately or be placed on a waitlist. The main goal is to see if the program reduces symptoms of post-traumatic stress and moral injury, while also improving overall well-being.
