Summary
This study tests a group program called CARE-MI designed to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress and moral injury in healthcare and support staff who work with patients. About 92 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a waitlist, and their symptoms will be measured before, after, and 6 months later. The goal is to see if the program can ease stress, anxiety, depression, and moral injury, and improve overall well-being.
