Summary
This study tests a new online program called CARE-Dem, designed to help informal caregivers (like spouses or family members) of people recently diagnosed with dementia. The program includes videos, fact sheets, and activities to improve caregiver wellbeing and reduce stress. Researchers will compare caregivers who use the program with those who receive usual support, to see if the digital approach is helpful and easy to use.
