This study tests a treatment called CardiAMP, which uses a patient's own bone marrow cells to improve blood flow to the heart. It is for people with severe chest pain (angina) that does not get better with standard medicines or procedures. About 343 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the cell therapy or a sham procedure, and researchers will measure changes in exercise ability and heart events over 6 months.
