Remote rehab may cut heart deaths and hospital returns

Summary

This study tests a 4-month home-based rehab program for 326 adults aged 30-75 who had heart problems after an ICU stay. Participants will get video calls and remote monitoring to help with physical and mental recovery. The goal is to see if this program lowers the chance of death or another heart event compared to usual care.
