First seen May 23, 2026 ยท Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a special heart MRI, done soon after a heart attack, can help doctors better predict a patient's future health risks. Researchers will follow 2000 adults who have had a heart attack for several years, tracking their health and any major heart problems. The goal is to see if the MRI gives extra information that can improve long-term care.
