Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational drug called paltusotine can better control the main symptoms of carcinoid syndrome—flushing and diarrhea—compared to a placebo. It will involve about 141 adults who have carcinoid syndrome due to neuroendocrine tumors. Participants will track their daily symptoms, and the study will compare changes over 12 weeks to see if paltusotine provides meaningful relief.
