Summary

This study tested whether drinking natural carbonated mineral water for 4 weeks improves digestion and gut bacteria in 30 adults with gastrointestinal discomfort. Participants were randomly assigned to drink either the mineral water or a placebo. The goal was to see if the minerals in the water could help with bowel movements and stool consistency.
