Hand fracture study: could skipping surgery be just as good?

Summary
This study looks at whether treating certain hand fractures without surgery works as well as surgery. It involves 552 adults with a specific type of broken hand bone. Participants will either get immediate movement and rehab or surgery with screws or plates, then rehab. The main goal is to compare hand grip strength one year later.
