Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety and find the right dose of a new CAR-T cell therapy called Inaticabtagene Autoleucel for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). It is for adults whose disease has not improved after trying at least three other standard treatments. The main goal is to see how well patients tolerate the treatment and to look for any side effects.
