Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to attack the cancer by targeting two specific markers on the cancer cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment shows early signs of helping control the disease.
