10-Minute cell therapy tested as potential Game-Changer for tough lupus cases
NCT ID NCT07403097
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new, quickly-made cell therapy for people with severe lupus that hasn't improved with standard drugs. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in the lab to target lupus-causing cells, and infuse them back. The main goals are to see if this one-time treatment is safe and if it can reduce lupus disease activity.
