Summary
This is an early safety study testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called C-CAR168. It is for adults with severe autoimmune diseases of the brain and nervous system, like multiple sclerosis, that have not improved with standard treatments. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to find the right dose, while also checking if it helps control the diseases.
