Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new, one-time treatment called TI-0032-III injection for people with severe autoimmune diseases that have not improved with standard medications. The treatment uses a single injection of genetic material to reprogram the patient's own immune cells to fight the disease. The main goals of this small study are to check the safety of different doses and see if the therapy shows any early signs of helping conditions like lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, and scleroderma.
