New hope for patients whose cancer returns years later

Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called axicabtagene ciloleucel (a type of CAR-T) in patients whose aggressive lymphoma has returned more than a year after their first treatment. It aims to see if this therapy can provide a strong and lasting response for this specific group. About 45 patients will receive the one-time infusion and be followed for up to 5 years to monitor their health and the cancer's response.
