First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests a special immune cell treatment (CAR-T cells that target two markers, CD22 and CD19) in 30 people with high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia who are already in their first remission. The goal is to see if this therapy can safely lower the chance of the cancer coming back and improve survival. Participants will receive the CAR-T cells after standard chemotherapy, and researchers will monitor for side effects and long-term outcomes.
