Summary
This study is testing a treatment called CAR-T cell therapy for people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, and inflammatory myositis that have not improved with standard medications. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to target and remove harmful B cells, and then infuse them back. The goal is to see if this advanced therapy can safely reset the immune system and provide long-term control of these difficult diseases.
