Double-Punch therapy tested for tough leukemia

Summary
This study is testing a new two-step treatment for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or hasn't responded to standard chemotherapy. First, patients receive an infusion of specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T) designed to attack the cancer. Then, they receive a donor stem cell transplant to help rebuild their immune system. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help patients live longer.
