Summary
This is an early safety study testing a single dose of an experimental cell therapy called SC291. It is for adults with severe forms of lupus or a blood vessel disease called ANCA-associated vasculitis that have not improved with at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if the therapy is safe and if it can help control these difficult diseases.
