NCT ID NCT07244406
Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called Senl_B19 CAR-T for children and young adults (ages 3-25) whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them to better target cancer, and infuse them back to fight the disease. The main goal is to see how well this therapy works and how safe it is for these patients.
