Scientists reprogram Patient's own cells to fight incurable blood cancer
NCT ID NCT07477912
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell therapy for adults with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target the cancer, and then infuse them back. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe and if it can reduce or eliminate signs of the cancer.
