Personalized immune cell therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma

NCT ID NCT05784441

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and finding the right dose of a new personalized cell therapy called JNJ-90009530 for adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target the cancer, and then infuse them back. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to learn if it can help shrink the cancer.
