Summary
This early-stage study is testing a single infusion of 'universal donor' CAR T-cells in adults with severe autoimmune diseases that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this one-time treatment is safe and can help control diseases like lupus, scleroderma, and vasculitis. Researchers will monitor participants closely for side effects and signs of improvement over 24 weeks.
