NCT ID NCT06941129

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a single infusion of 'universal' CAR T-cells in adults with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus and scleroderma that have not improved with standard treatments. The therapy aims to target and remove harmful immune cells to potentially control the disease. Researchers will primarily monitor safety and look for early signs of effectiveness over 24 weeks.
