Summary
This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called rondecabtagene autoleucel (ronde-cel) for adults with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to attack two specific targets (CD19 and CD20) on the cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to measure how well it works in shrinking or eliminating the cancer.
