Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a modified CAR-T cell therapy for adults with a type of blood cancer called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. It is specifically for patients who are newly diagnosed but cannot tolerate the intense chemotherapy that is usually given first. Participants will receive a single infusion of these engineered immune cells and be followed for three years.
