Summary
This is an early-stage safety study testing a personalized cell therapy for adults with severe, treatment-resistant lupus. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to target lupus-causing cells, and infuse them back. The main goal is to see if this complex treatment is safe and tolerable for people whose lupus hasn't responded to standard medications.
