Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of cell therapy called Descartes-08 is safe and feasible for people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It involves 6 adult patients whose lupus symptoms remain active despite trying multiple standard medications. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also measuring if the treatment helps reduce lupus disease activity over 12 months.
