Summary
This early study is testing a personalized cell therapy for people with ulcerative colitis that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors will collect immune cells from 12 participants, modify them in a lab to target the disease, and then infuse them back. The main goal is to check if this approach is safe and if it can help patients achieve remission over 12 weeks.
