Experimental CAR-T therapy tested for debilitating Muscle-Weakening disease

NCT ID NCT06704269

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new CAR-T cell therapy called YTB323 for people with severe, treatment-resistant myasthenia gravis—a disease that causes debilitating muscle weakness. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and to see how well it works in 15 participants. Researchers will also track how long the modified immune cells stay active in the body.
