First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment using special immune cells (CAR-T cells) designed to target and reduce harmful antibodies that can prevent a successful stem cell transplant. The study involves up to 18 people with blood diseases who have these antibodies. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can lower antibody levels enough to allow a transplant.
