New brain cancer therapy tested in groundbreaking trial
NCT ID NCT05627323
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called CHM-1101 for adults with a specific type of aggressive brain cancer (glioblastoma) that has returned or gotten worse. Doctors will give the treatment directly into the brain to see if it is safe, find the best dose, and check if it helps control the cancer. The study involves 42 participants whose tumors test positive for a specific marker called MMP2.
