New 'Living Drug' trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma
NCT ID NCT05741359
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and finding the right dose of a new type of CAR-T cell therapy called BRL-201 for adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them in a lab to better target cancer, and then infuse them back into the patient. The study will enroll a small group of participants to first ensure the treatment is safe before testing how well it might work.
