Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR T-cells, which are made from a patient's own immune cells and engineered to recognize and attack a protein called KMA on myeloma cells. The study will enroll 12 adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The main goal is to check the safety of these cells and find the best dose, while also looking at how well they work.
