Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called KN3601, which uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) to target and destroy faulty B cells that attack the kidneys. The goal is to see if it is safe and can control disease in 36 adults with relapsed or refractory immune-mediated kidney disease. Participants receive a single infusion and are monitored for side effects and response.
