Cord blood CAR T-Cells offer new hope for adults with B-Cell leukemia

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether a special immune cell therapy made from donated umbilical cord blood (UCAR-T) is safe and effective for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. About 50 participants will receive the therapy after possible chemotherapy to prepare their bodies. The study will monitor side effects, remission rates, and survival for up to a year.
