First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment using a patient's own immune cells, called CAR-T cells, that are specially designed to attack cancer. The study includes 60 adults aged 18-80 with newly diagnosed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma who cannot handle strong chemotherapy. Participants receive one infusion of these cells and are followed for three years to see if the treatment is safe and helps control the disease.
