NCT ID NCT07193667
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment using a patient's own immune cells, called CAR-T cells, to fight severe autoimmune diseases that haven't responded to other therapies. The treatment targets a protein called CD19 on immune cells to help reset the immune system. Early results from a previous study showed that all 15 patients stopped their regular medications and had significant improvement in their disease symptoms. This study aims to confirm those results in 3 more patients.
