First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study is testing a personalized immune therapy called axi-cel for patients with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to initial treatment. The treatment involves collecting and genetically modifying the patient's own immune cells to attack cancer cells. Researchers want to see if this approach can achieve complete remission in patients who aren't eligible for stem cell transplant.
