Summary
This early study tests a new treatment for advanced liver cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. It uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein called GPC3 found on cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if the treatment can shrink tumors or control the disease. The study involves 12 adults aged 18 to 75.
