First major study to track Long-Term health after revolutionary cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT07048535

Summary

This study aims to understand the long-term health of young people who survived B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) after receiving CAR T-cell therapy. Researchers will follow 80 survivors who are at least two years past their treatment to check for any late-developing health problems. The study will look at brain function, immune system health, and overall well-being to learn how this powerful treatment affects survivors years later.
