First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at why some people develop confusion and memory problems after CAR-T therapy, a treatment for certain blood cancers. Researchers will follow 10 patients at high risk for these side effects, using brain scans and tests before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to understand how brain inflammation and changes in nerve connections cause these symptoms.
