NCT ID NCT07358988

First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called KN5501 for people with moderate to severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially designed immune cells (CAR-NK cells) to target and reduce harmful B cells that drive the disease. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if it can lower lupus activity. About 36 adults in China will receive the cell infusion after a short chemotherapy preparation.
