Summary
This study is testing a new cell therapy for adults with advanced liver cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors are giving patients specially engineered immune cells designed to recognize and attack cancer by targeting two different markers on tumor cells. The trial will first determine a safe dose and then see how well the treatment works against the cancer.
