First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) from donated cord blood that target two proteins on cancer cells. Up to 36 adults will receive the cells after chemotherapy to prepare the body. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the treatment shrinks tumors.
