Could keeping cetuximab after First-Line failure extend life in advanced colorectal cancer?

Summary
This phase 3 study tests whether continuing the targeted drug cetuximab along with chemotherapy after the first treatment stops working can help control metastatic colorectal cancer better than switching to a different drug (bevacizumab). About 480 adults whose tumors have specific genetic markers (RAS and BRAF wild-type) and who responded well initially will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach improves tumor shrinkage and survival.
