Summary

This study is testing if attaching a clear cap to the tip of an endoscope helps doctors find and stop severe upper stomach bleeding more quickly and successfully. It will involve 72 adult patients who come to the hospital with this type of emergency bleeding. The goal is to see if the cap improves the doctor's view and control during the procedure, leading to better outcomes.
