Summary

This study tests whether inhaling medical cannabis three times a day can safely reduce pain in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy—nerve damage from diabetes that causes burning or stabbing pain in the feet and hands. About 122 adults will receive one of three doses of cannabis or a placebo using a special inhaler. The main goal is to see if pain scores drop after 15 weeks.
